“My dream is to become a teacher”

That is the simple dream of Gia Han, a little girl who always studies hard and behaves well despite the many hardships in her life.

Gia Han currently lives in Tuyen Quang Province with her mother and older brother in a single-parent family. Her father passed away due to a serious illness in 2023. Since then, her mother has become the family’s only source of support.

The family’s main income comes from her mother’s packaging factory job with a modest salary. Even so, she works tirelessly every day to take care of her two children. In their old stilt house with temporary facilities, Gia Han’s childhood has lacked many of the comforts other children may have. Yet difficult circumstances have never made her give up on studying or stop dreaming.

Gia Han always tries her best at school. For her, every day at school is both a joy and another step closer to her dream of becoming a teacher in the future. She hopes that one day she will be able to teach children and support those who are facing hardships just like she is today.

To many people, it may sound like an ordinary dream. But for Gia Han, reaching that dream requires tremendous effort, perseverance, and the support of caring people around her.

Through the campaign “We Sell Dreams Here,” every act of kindness is not only material support but also a source of encouragement that helps Gia Han continue going to school, believing in her future, and bravely pursuing her dream.

During a visit to her family, SEA GN presented Gia Han with gifts and essential supplies to support her daily life and encourage her on her educational journey ahead.

It is hoped that these small gifts will help make Han’s life a little easier, allowing her to focus on her studies and continue nurturing her dream of becoming a teacher.

Every gift delivered carries not only practical support but also empathy and understanding for the simple wishes of children in difficult circumstances.

A dream fulfilled today can become a doorway to a brighter future tomorrow.

And the journey continues, because there are still many children out there waiting for a chance to continue writing their dreams. Every helping hand today becomes motivation for SEA GN to continue bringing support closer to children, so that their small dreams can one day come true.

The campaign “We Sell Dreams Here” is a collaborative initiative between Good Neighbors International in Vietnam and the SEA GN Center, aiming to help fulfill small dreams for children in difficult circumstances so that every child can have more faith, motivation, and hope for a brighter future.
