The event attracted enthusiastic participation from teachers and students of eight secondary schools in the area, including Dong Loi, Thien Ke, Van Phu, Dong Quy, Chi Thiet Primary & Secondary School, Hop Hoa, Dai Phu, and Son Nam Secondary Schools.

The festival featured a variety of exciting and educational activities for students. The program began with lively musical performances delivering messages about environmental protection and promoting green living within the community.

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of creative environmental projects by participating teams. Students introduced many practical and meaningful ideas such as recycling plastic waste, saving energy, reducing the use of plastic bags, protecting water resources, and building environmentally friendly habits. Many models were made entirely from recycled materials, showcasing the students’ creativity, craftsmanship, and sense of responsibility toward climate change issues.

In addition, students participated in interactive experience stations, climate change knowledge mini-games, and a greenhouse effect simulation experiment. Through these hands-on activities, students gained a better understanding of the causes and impacts of climate change, while also recognizing the important role each individual plays in protecting the environment.

🌱🏆 Many outstanding teams were honored with meaningful awards such as “Future Green Sprout”, “Sustainability Spreader”, “Climate Innovator”, and “Climate Ambassador”. These awards not only recognized the students’ creativity and efforts but also encouraged them to continue spreading positive environmental actions in their schools and communities.

Through the “Climate Heroes” Festival, GNI and Lotte Mart hope to raise students’ awareness about climate change and inspire them to become young “green ambassadors”, contributing to a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future.
