More than 250 students from 06 community development projects of GNI participated in the event "Hello, 18 dear" organized by GNI on July 13-14 in July 2024 in Cao Phong District, Hoa Binh Province.

"Hello, 18 dear!" - The event for children's sponsors from 16 to 18 years old has the opportunity to be equipped with important knowledge and skills, thereby better understanding themselves, to choose the future direction to suit their wishes and competencies. 

Attending the event, they participated in Teambuilding with 02 team games of tug of war and passes to increase the cohesion, participate in the Gala program "Growing Membership" to congratulate 18 years of age and cultural exchange with friends from many different areas. The most special is the career experience festival, the future orientation with a variety of experiences.

Between the heat of summer but still cannot dispel the vibrant atmosphere of the event. They enthusiastically participated and experienced 09 mature stations to explore themselves and search for answers for their concerns. Stop at the first stations "Who am I" and "career experience", they are better understood by themselves through the multiple -choice test and consulted with some industries such as preparation, cooking, and haircut. Trieu Duc Khiem from Thinh Lang, Hoa Binh shared in excitement: "After doing multiple choice questions, I am very happy to understand more about myself and know what to choose in the future through a direct test at the career experience station".
